For more than a decade, Ms. Jervey has been capturing attention and keeping it as soon as she opens her mouth. Through intentional success in Corporate America where in three years she successfully progressed from a representative to a Vice President to her recent success as a Top Pink Cadillac Executive Sales Director in Mary Kay Cosmetics, Ms. Jervey has mastered the power of motivation and empowerment and successfully imparts that knowledge to everyone with whom she comes into contact. She earned her first Pink Cadillac 5 months after leaving her corporate position. She led her Mary Kay unit (which grew from 22 to 500 in one year, including 5 offspring car driving sales directors) from #40 to #5 in 2005, to #1 in 2006 and #2 in 2007 in her National Area and home state of Delaware. She also earned the state award of Most Improved Sales Director in 2006.
As a transformational speaker and coach, Jervey boldly shares her story…she’s not supposed to be here…from health complications as a child and an incarcerated parent at an early age, she has consistently defied the odds proudly declaring herself a BBB – Belief Barrier Breaker®. Her speaking and coaching credits span conferences to women’s ministries, women’s groups and professional associations to College and University campuses. She is a powerhouse in the professional speaking arena and she is helping her private coaching clients transform their businesses. Ms. Jervey is the author of 4 personal development books: The Incredible You, Dream the Incredible the Journal, Speak The Incredible and Maximizing the Incredible You. Her next three releases are Unleash The Incredible Factor in Your Business, Burn the Box: 50 Ways to Eliminate Excuses, Facilitate Change and Overcome Adversity in Life & Business and How to Back Away from the Incredible Snatchers. All three books will be released in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Jervey has recently been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine and on Rejoice in the Word with Bishop Greg Davis as well as many local television programs.
Darnyelle imparts her Incredible Factor Principle everywhere she goes…..In addition to inspiring, motivating, and empowering women to be their best in business, Jervey is an active community advocate. She is an active member of Kingdom Harvest Fellowship in Wilmington, Delaware. As a community servant, she sits on the Board of Directors for the KHF Community Development Corporation, the Board of Directors for the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce and leads the Advisory Board for the YWCA Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship. Jervey’s professional memberships include the National Speakers Association (NSA), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Delaware Professional Black Women, International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. She is a minority women-owned certified business. Jervey holds a BA in English and an MBA in Marketing and Management.
